RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Industrial Equipments Category-For our Industrial Equipments Category, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept cancellations. These are custom made equipments which take time and resources to build. We only offer replacement if the equipment is not function properly due to a manufacturing issue or a defective part. LEAD TIME -3 MONTHS AND 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS.

ALL OTHER CATEGORIES EXCEPT INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENTS CATEGORY:

You have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return your order. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. All items must be returned as originally received and in a re-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

It can take around two (2) weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
